About Ariel

Ariel Thiermann, M.A. is an singer, songwriter, vocal coach, and counselor specializing in creative self-expression. Ariel works with individuals of every age in the discovery and development of their voices. An independent artist for over twenty years, Ariel has toured and taught internationally releasing five CDs solo and with the a cappella trio, Mayim. 

A performer since the age of seven,  Ariel grew up singing for thousands of families around the country. As a teenager she performed with the award winning a cappella trio, Mayim and went on to create her own solo music. Check out Ariel's artist site. 

In 2011, Ariel completed her M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an emphsis in Depth Psychology. She focused her thesis on the therapuetic benefits of voicework (singing, vocal improvisation, and songwriting) for individuals and groups. 

Today Ariel offers voice coaching and creative counseling to support people of all ages in finding vocal freedom and personal empowerment. Ariel also offers Get Vocal Singing Circles, a creative place for women to lift their voices together in harmony.
